Barber Shop

I was on my way to work this morning and I was on a bus and the bus stopped at a traffic light and I was just looking around and I notice this barber shop – this guy has just gotten up and then taken his shirt off and I was like ‘huh? but hmmmm!’ and then the barber proceeded to shave….. yes shave, this shirtless guy’s chest… is this the done thing??? I thought like women, men either did this in the sanctuary of their bathroom or at a salon? So I am now waiting for proof that this guy was not a one-off weirdo/exhibitionist (as his body was quite nice but the shaving thing just flat-out trumped that fact) …… so please lemme know!
